3. User Eligibility

To use BadmintonSponsorship, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old (minors under 18 require parental or guardian consent)
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be an active participant in the badminton community (as player, coach, team manager, or supporter)

4. Campaign Creation Guidelines

When creating a campaign, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, honest, and complete information about your team, funding needs, and goals
• Only seek funding for legitimate badminton-related purposes (tournaments, training, equipment, travel, coaching)
• Set realistic funding goals with transparent, itemized breakdowns
• Respond to sponsor inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Use funds as described in your campaign materials
• Keep campaign information current and accurate
• Provide regular updates to sponsors on progress and achievements
• Not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive practices

5. Prohibited Campaign Content

Campaigns must not contain or promote:

• False or misleading information
• Plagiarized or stolen content
• Illegal activities or violations of laws
• Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
• Explicit or inappropriate content
• Requests for personal donations unrelated to badminton competition
• Political campaigns or religious proselytizing
• Pyramid schemes or multi-level marketing

6. Sponsorship Agreements

BadmintonSponsorship facilitates initial contact between campaign creators and sponsors. All sponsorship agreements, payment terms, deliverables, and recognition arrangements are negotiated directly between the parties. We are not party to these agreements and assume no responsibility for their fulfillment.

Campaign creators and sponsors agree to:

• Communicate clearly about expectations and deliverables
• Honor commitments made in sponsorship agreements
• Resolve disputes directly and in good faith
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding financial transactions

7. Payment Processing

Currently, all payment arrangements are handled directly between campaign creators and sponsors outside of our platform. Full payment processing integration may be added in the future. When implemented, additional terms will apply and all transactions will be clearly disclosed and subject to applicable fees.

8. User Responsibilities

All users agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Take responsibility for all activity under their account
• Not impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations
• Not interfere with platform operations or other users' access
• Not scrape, harvest, or collect user data without permission
• Respect intellectual property rights

9. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create and upload to BadmintonSponsorship. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for platform operations and promotion.

The BadmintonSponsorship name, logo, platform design, and original content are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our intellectual property without written permission.

10. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, monitor, and remove content that violates these terms. We may, at our discretion:

• Remove campaigns or content that violate our guidelines
• Suspend or terminate accounts for violations
• Report illegal activity to appropriate authorities
• Withhold approval for campaigns pending review

11. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

BadmintonSponsorship is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• That campaigns will reach their funding goals
• The accuracy of campaign information provided by users
• That sponsors will fulfill their commitments
• Uninterrupted or error-free platform operation
• The security of data transmission over the internet

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BadmintonSponsorship and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from platform use.

12. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between campaign creators and sponsors should be resolved directly between the parties. We encourage good faith communication and professional conduct. If you have a complaint about another user, please contact us at baddysponsorship@gmail.com with detailed information.

13. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Repeatedly create problematic campaigns
• Harass or abuse other users
• Remain inactive for extended periods

Users may request account deletion at any time by contacting support. Active campaigns should be completed or cancelled before account deletion.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through platform notifications or email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or platform use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
